Middle Europe Conference (MEC)

Established in 1994, the MEC was set up to allow the member states' heads of national police and intelligence services to meet annually and share information relative to their common security functions. Member states include the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia, among others.
