When the FBI Comes Calling…®

Federal Grand Jury

The firm represents those who have been subpoenaed to appear before a Federal Grand Jury. The subpoenaed party may be either a "witness", "subject" or "target" of the investigation. Experienced counsel is critical at this stage. One may think that he is simply going to be a "witness" for the government to assist them in investigating someone else. After having testified, he may now find himself a "target", and ultimately charged by the very same grand jury that he thought he was assisting.
