Classification: Intelligence Operatives As can be expected, not all members of the intelligence community (IC) are in fact spies. Indeed, the majority of those who work within the intelligence field are analysts and administrators (scientists, lawyers, etc.) This section breaks down each type of person who works within the intelligence community (including the varying types of clandestine operatives).
