When the FBI Comes Calling…®
That which is broadly called "national security criminal law" is something of an amorphous field, encompassing a labyrinth of complex overlays not only within the broader scope of federal criminal law, but equally into the nebulous realm of intelligence. National security investigations are by no means a development new to the post-September 11th world, but as the line between intelligence and criminal inquiry fades, new significance is granted to those who can navigate through both spheres.
This site seeks to provide information on investigations, relevant laws, and the respective organizational aspects which comprise the field of national security criminal law.
